📋 Description

• Lead a team of IC engineers in SF to evolve Adyen’s experience platform.
• Own end-to-end transformation of merchant experience from dashboards to intelligent interfaces.
• Define architectural vision for UI components and backend orchestration in Java.
• Drive development of Dynamic/Agentic UI components (Vue/Preact/TypeScript).
• Collaborate with Product to balance feature delivery with technical debt and performance.
• Foster operational rigor around live performance, security guardrails, and incident analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in engineering leadership; track record of growing ICs.
• 10+ years software engineering; senior/lead level experience.
• Deep back-end (Java) and modern frontend (TypeScript/JS) skills.
• Experience with full-stack architecture and UI/UX for high-scale systems.
