📋 Description

• Own delivery for Profile Agents and Customer 360 outputs
• Lead a small senior team and scale as the product grows
• Set technical direction with product and VP of Engineering
• Define how we validate correctness against customer data
• Collaborate with customers to turn problems into priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• 8+ years in production data or distributed systems
• Experience shipping data engineering products (ETL, MDM, data quality)
• Hands-on with agents or LLMs for data problems (matching, entity resolution, pipelines)
• Proven ability to take a product from 0 to 1 and define processes/architecture
• Understanding of how customer data is used downstream in marketing/sales/service
