📋 Description

• Lead a product engineering squad of 8–15 engineers to deliver high-impact AI-powered customer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing software engineers or engineering teams.
• 10+ years in a technical field such as software engineering.
• Proven track record hiring, developing, and managing strong technical talent.
• Experience owning team budgets, workforce planning, and growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver software products predictably with high quality.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture tradeoffs, and engineering decisions.
