🎯 Requirements

Mid-Senior level leadership with 1–3 years as Technical Lead/Staff Engineer.
5–7 years hands-on IC data engineering experience.
Strong in Python, SQL, Airflow/Prefect, data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
Experience with Kafka, Flink for streaming ingestion.
Analyst-centric mindset; collaborate with BI tools (dbt, Tableau/Looker/PowerBI).
Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.
