Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data platforms and ML ops.
• Own reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of internal data infra.
• Oversee the ML lifecycle: experimentation, training pipelines, deployment, monitoring.
• Provide architectural guidance and engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, analysts, and leaders to drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish standards and best practices across data eng and ML ops.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams focused on data platforms, ML, or related
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or software engineering, ideally SaaS.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure and ML systems with technical direction across both
• Experience leading engineers across multiple disciplines and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable data products with focus on quality, scalability, and impact.
• Familiarity with analytical storage tech (ClickHouse, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
