Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data platforms and ML operations.
• Own reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of internal data infrastructure supporting
• Oversee the ML lifecycle: experimentation, training pipelines, model deployment, production
• Provide technical guidance through architecture reviews and engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, analysts, and leaders to translate data/ML
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and best practices for data engineering and ML

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years managing engineering teams focused on data platforms, ML, or related tech.
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or software roles, preferably SaaS.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure and ML systems with ability to guide both areas.
• Experience leading engineers across multiple disciplines and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable data products with quality, scalability, and impact.
• Experience driving technical change in fast-growing organizations.
