📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data platforms and ML ops.
• Own reliability, scalability, and improvement of internal data infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing engineering teams focused on data platforms, ML, or related tech.
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or software roles, preferably SaaS.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure and ML systems with technical direction across both
• Experience leading engineers across multiple disciplines and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable data products with quality, scalability, and impact.
• Experience driving technical change in fast-paced, growing orgs.
