Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops

📋 Description

• Lead a team of 4-6 engineers in data platform and ML operations.
• Own the internal data warehouse for analytics and product inputs to flagship features.
• Oversee the ML Ops lifecycle: experimentation, training pipelines, deployment, production
• Collaborate with data scientists, PMs, analysts and engineers to translate data/ML into product
• Coach engineers and promote continuous learning in a fast-moving data/ML landscape.
• Define platform standards, tooling and best practices across data and ML domains.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years leading data eng, ML eng, or platform teams in Agile.
• At least 5 years in data/ML/adjacent software eng, SaaS focus; hands-on in data infra and ML
• Strong background in data infrastructure and ML systems.
• Experience managing engineers across multiple technical disciplines.
• Proven ability to ship high-reliability data products with impact.
• Ability to drive change and innovation in fast-growing environments.
