Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data platforms and ML ops
• Own reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of internal data infrastructure
• Oversee ML lifecycle: experimentation, training pipelines, deployment, monitoring
• Provide architectural guidance and engineering governance
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, analysts, and leaders
• Establish standards and best practices across data eng and ML ops

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing engineering teams focused on data platforms or ML
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or software roles (SaaS preferred)
• Strong understanding of data infra and ML systems with technical direction
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering reliable data products
• Proven ability to drive technical change in fast-growing orgs
• Familiarity with analytical storage tech: ClickHouse, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery
