Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops

📋 Description

• Lead the development and evolution of data platforms and ML operations capabilities.
• Build strong teams, drive technical strategy, and ensure reliable systems for data-driven products.
• Oversee data infrastructure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage ML lifecycle: experimentation, training pipelines, model deployment, production monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance through architecture reviews and solution evaluations.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, analysts, and leaders to translate investments

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing engineering teams focused on data platforms, ML or related tech.
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or software engineering, preferably SaaS.
• Strong understanding of data infrastructure and ML systems; able to direct across both areas.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams; proven ability to deliver reliable data products.
• Experience driving technical change in fast-growing organizations.
• Familiarity with analytical storage tools: ClickHouse, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery.
