🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing engineering teams focused on data or ML platforms.
• 5+ years in data/ML/software engineering roles, preferably SaaS.
• Strong direction across data infra and ML systems.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering reliable data products.
• Proven ability to drive technical change in growth organizations.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery.
