🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing data/platform/ML engineering teams.
• 5+ years in data, ML, or software engineering, SaaS preferred.
• Strong ability to direct both data infra and ML systems.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams and delivering scalable data products.
• Proven change agent for technical innovation in fast-growing orgs.
• Familiarity with analytical storage/ML tools and cloud infra (AWS).
