📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data platforms and ML ops.
• Own reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of internal data infra.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years managing engineering teams focused on data platforms or ML/data infra.
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or software roles, SaaS preferred.
• Strong cross-discipline technical direction in data and ML systems.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and high-performing groups.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable data products with quality and scalability.
• Experience driving technical change in fast-growing orgs.
