Engineering Manager, Data Platform & ML Ops

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers across data platforms and ML operations.
• Own reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of internal data infra.
• Oversee ML lifecycle: experimentation, training pipelines, deployment, production monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance via architecture reviews and engineering decisions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, analysts, and leaders to turn data/ML
• Establish standards and best practices across data engineering and ML ops.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years managing engineering teams focused on data platforms, ML, or related tech.
• 5+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or software roles; SaaS experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of data infra and ML systems with technical direction ability.
• Experience leading engineers across multiple disciplines and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable data products and scalable platforms.
• Experience driving tech change in fast-growing organizations.
