📋 Description

• Lead the Dedicated Platform Integration team for third-party and modular features in the GitLab
• Build and operate large-scale distributed systems with a focus on reliability, security, and
• Mentor and develop a high-performing, distributed/remote team; drive automation to reduce toil and
• Set direction, manage incident response, and codify best practices across the team and GitLab.
• Apply data-driven prioritization and leverage AI tooling to boost team productivity and stakeholder

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record leading large-scale distributed services and guiding technical strategy.
• Experience delivering services at 99.99%+ availability (SLOs) with operational excellence.
• Strong experience with AI tooling to boost productivity and real-world lessons from usage.
• History of building/high-performing, accountable cultures and managing remote teams.
• Ability to drive complex projects to completion without a dedicated TPM.
