Lead a team of 8-12 Forward Deployed Engineers in defense-focused projects
Own end-to-end execution, hire and develop engineers, set technical direction
Represent Applied Intuition with defense and government customers
Review architectures, pressure-test integration, and drive programs to completion
Balance software, hardware, and operations to deliver high-quality outcomes

🎯 Requirements

Production grade SW experience with deployments to active customers
Exceptional customer-facing skills
A proven mentor and leader of engineering talent
Strong engineering background (Computer/ Electrical Engineering, CS)
Broad technical experience across software, OS, and some hardware
Experience supporting integration and deployment of complex systems
