Engineering Manager, Digital Assets

📋 Description

• Lead engineering for digital asset integration with Ripple Treasury platform.
• Head greenfield initiative with a small full-stack team (up to 4 engineers).
• Define how digital assets fit into enterprise treasury workflows.
• Collaborate with asset teams, product, and compliance to align roadmap.
• Establish engineering practices for a fast-moving, pioneering effort.
• Balance ambiguity with sound engineering decisions to keep the team productive.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering with full-stack .NET and frontend (Angular, React, or equivalent).
• 2+ years leading engineering teams (recruiting, mentoring, developing).
• Proven ability to ship software in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Production fintech/digital assets or blockchain experience.
• Comfort with pioneering work and defining new approaches.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration (PMs, compliance, external teams).
