Engineering Manager, EMEA (Core)

📋 Description

• Lead the team behind the core of the platform: client-facing capabilities to plan, run, and manage
• Own technical direction and delivery for core domains, raise operating standards, modernize legacy
• Partner with product management on discovery, prioritization, and outcomes influencing roadmap and
• Shaping the future of agentic workflows and integration of AI agents into core platform
• Own multi-quarter technical direction and drive platform modernization to enable reliable agentic

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering management: 5+ years leading a team of 4+ engineers in an agile, remote environment.
• Hands-on technical leadership: recent production coding, system design, architectural decisions
• LLM and agentic experience: building or leading teams in AI-assisted features, orchestration, tool
• Technical stack: TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and React; API design; knowledge of GraphQL and Kafka is
• Observability and performance: experience with APM tools (New Relic, Datadog, Sentry) and
• Application security: security best practices integrated into SDLC.
