📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers with ownership mindset
• Own technical direction and delivery roadmap for core platforms
• Design AI-driven workflows to plan, execute, and adapt testing
• Balance hands-on coding (20-30%) with leadership
• Modernize legacy systems and reduce technical debt
• Establish engineering practices around planning, design reviews, and quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering management experience, remote agile teams
• Hands-on coding and production systems experience
• Strong ability to code-review, architect, and unblock challenges
• Hands-on with LLM-powered or agentic features in production
• Strong TS, Node.js, AWS, React with API design experience
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka; observability tools (New Relic, Datadog, Sentry)
