Engineering Manager, Financial Platform

📋 Description

• Lead the Product Ledger team building the double-entry ledger service across Ripple products
• Collaborate with Accounting, Product, and Compliance to ensure audit-ready, scalable systems
• Own and deliver the team roadmap and software development process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading engineering teams (8+ members)
• Hands-on Java (Spring) backend experience
• Experience with double-entry ledger or core accounting/financial systems
• Strong in correctness-critical, high-throughput transactional systems
• Experience with ERP integration (e.g., Oracle) and revenue recognition
• Familiarity with NoSQL data modeling (e.g., DynamoDB) and event-driven architectures
