🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Technical background to contribute to planning and design discussions
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Experience guiding teams through planning, prioritization, and execution
