🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Engineering Manager at a high-growth startup
• 5+ years as a Software Engineer
• Strong product mindset and cross-functional relationships
• Able to balance rapid experiments with long-term scale
• Nice to have: SEO and paid advertising
• Nice to have: AI/ML experience in growth contexts
