📋 Description

• Lead a team of 8-12 engineers on CV/AI projects
• Manage priorities, capacity, and project execution
• Drive architecture choices and technical arbitrations
• Coordinate AI, CV, and image processing topics with Safran.AI teams
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of deliverables
• Hands-on data science and development in Python/C++ when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in image processing, computer vision or AI
• Strong technical with management experience
• Software development and data science (Python, AI frameworks)
• Good architecture and industrialization mindset
• Python, C++, PyTorch; deployment tools (TensorRT, ONNX Runtime)
• Natural leadership with emphasis on excellence and teamwork
