🎯 Requirements

8+ years of software experience; 1+ year people management
Go or strongly typed backend language experience
Cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes experience
PostgreSQL or relational DB with ANSI SQL
Experience designing distributed systems; Docker, Protocol Buffers, OpenAPI/Swagger
Strong communication and ownership mindset
