Engineering Manager, Identification Accuracy

📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team across ML, data science, analytics engineers.
• Own the technical roadmap with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive model accuracy by building, training, evaluating, deploying ML models.
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model dev/eval/deploy.
• Collaborate with platform/API teams on requirements, latency, and performance.
• Partner with Product/customer teams to translate needs into initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/ml/data science; at least 2 years leading an ML/data team.
• Proven experience delivering production ML systems end-to-end.
• Strong track record building multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
• Solid understanding of ML/data systems; familiarity with MLOps, experiment tracking, feature
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data; hands-on with data stack tools like dbt.
• Excellent communication; ability to align technical work with business priorities.
