📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team (ML, data science, analysts, analytics
• Own team roadmap with leadership and stakeholders to improve model quality.
• Drive model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, deploying ML models.
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model deployment.
• Collaborate with platform/API teams on requirements and latency.
• Translate customer needs into technical initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/ML/data science with 2+ years leading ML/data teams.
• Proven track record shipping production ML systems.
• Strong ML/data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps tools.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data.
• Hands-on with data stack/tools like dbt or similar.
• Effective cross-team collaboration and clear communication.
