📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team.
• Own the team roadmap with leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive model accuracy across billions of devices.
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, features, eval, and deployment.
• Collaborate with platform and API teams on requirements and latency.
• Translate customer needs into technical initiatives and product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software eng, ML, data science, or related field.
• 2+ years leading an ML/data science team.
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems.
• Strong ML/data systems understanding; familiarity with MLOps tooling.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production.
• Hands-on with data stack/tools (e.g., dbt).
