📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team (ML engineers, data scientists, analysts
• Own the team’s technical roadmap with leaders and stakeholders; improve model quality and ID
• Drive measurable model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model dev, eval, deployment.
• Collaborate with platform/API teams to meet requirements and latency needs.
• Partner with Product and customer teams to translate needs into initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software eng, ML, data science, or related field.
• At least 2 years leading ML/data science teams.
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems.
• Experience building multidisciplinary teams with diverse roles.
• Strong ML/data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps tooling.
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production.
