📋 Description

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team
• Own the team's technical roadmap with stakeholders
• Drive model accuracy across billions of devices
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, model dev, eval, deployment
• Partner with platform/API teams on requirements and latency
• Collaborate with Product to translate needs into initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software eng, ML, data science, or related field
• At least 2 years leading ML/data science teams
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems
• Experience building multidisciplinary teams
• Strong ML/data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps tools
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data
