Engineering Manager, Identification Accuracy

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team spanning ML engineers, data
• Own the team’s technical roadmap with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at massive scale.
• Oversee production ML systems across data pipelines, feature engineering, model development
• Collaborate with platform/API teams to understand requirements and latency constraints.
• Partner with Product and customer-facing teams to translate needs into technical initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, ML, data science, or related
• At least 2 years leading an ML or data science team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience delivering production ML systems from data pipelines through deployment.
• Track record of building and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical understanding of ML and data systems, with familiarity with MLOps, experiment
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production.
