📋 Description

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team
• Own the team roadmap with senior leadership
• Drive model accuracy across billions of devices
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, features, models
• Collaborate with platform/API teams on requirements and latency
• Work with Product and customers to translate needs into initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software/ML/data science with 2+ years leading ML teams
• Proven experience shipping production ML systems
• Track record of building multidisciplinary teams
• Strong ML/data systems knowledge; familiarity with MLOps tools
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data
• Hands-on with dbt or similar analytics tools
