📋 Description

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team (ML engineers, data scientists
• Own the team’s technical roadmap with senior engineering leadership and cross-functional
• Drive model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at massive scale.
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation
• Collaborate with platform/API teams to meet requirements, latency, and performance constraints.
• Partner with Product/customer teams to translate needs into technical initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, ML, data science, or related field.
• At least 2 years leading an ML/data science team in fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience delivering production ML systems from data pipelines to deployment.
• Strong technical understanding of ML, data systems, MLOps, experiment tracking, feature stores
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production.
• Hands-on familiarity with data stack/analytics tooling (e.g., dbt or similar).
