Engineering Manager, Identification Accuracy

📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team (ML engineers, data scientists, analysts
• Own the team's technical roadmap with senior engineering leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive model accuracy by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML models at scale.
• Oversee production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model development, evaluation
• Collaborate with platform/API teams on requirements, latency, and performance.
• Partner with Product and customer teams to translate needs into initiatives and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software eng, ML, data science, or related field; 2+ years leading ML/data science
• Proven track record delivering production ML systems (data pipelines through deployment).
• Strong track record building multidisciplinary teams (engineers, data scientists, analysts).
• Strong ML/data systems understanding; familiarity with MLOps tools: experiment tracking, feature
• Experience with large-scale behavioral/event data in production.
• Hands-on with data stack analytics tech (dbt or similar).
