📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary ML/engineering team to improve identification accuracy at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years leading ML, data science, or engineering teams in agile environments.
• 5+ years in software engineering, ML, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams that operate production ML systems.
• Strong understanding of ML workflows: data pipelines, feature engineering, training, evaluation
• Proven ability to mentor high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication to explain complex tech to diverse audiences.
