🎯 Requirements

9+ years backend exp with 2+ years leadership, fault-tolerant systems on high-scale platforms
Deep expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, async processing
Ownership of systems with strict consistency for billing/payments/ledgers
Proven availability, performance and reliability under load
Strong relational and NoSQL data modeling for complex transactional data
Experience leading senior engineers and earning trust
