Engineering Manager - IT & Security

📋 Description

• Lead IT & Security team of 2 specialists and analysts.
• Oversee IT support, device management, security questionnaires, vulnerability remediation, and
• Collaborate with Recruiting, HR, Finance, and Engineering to shape IT/Security posture.
• Advise on secure coding, cloud security controls, and security improvements.
• Build out and guide a dedicated security team as Fieldwire grows.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and automation of IT/Security processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Security/IT with at least 1 year of people management.
• Experience building security guidelines and processes across teams.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
