Engineering Manager (Learn Product)

📋 Description

• Lead a cross-functional product engineering team from idea to impact with autonomy.
• Partner with Product and Design to define and execute the team's roadmap using data, metrics, and
• Drive end-to-end delivery of high-quality software while balancing speed and platform health.
• Set a high bar for agentic tooling to prototype faster and raise quality.
• Lead technical decisions and architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years building software across the stack; strong command of scalable system design, modern API
• 3+ years leading engineering teams with a track record of growing people; strong communicator and
• Experience in fast-paced, high-velocity environments (startup/early-stage) with ownership and
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end software in cross-functional teams for large, ambiguous
• AI-native tooling experience (Claude Code, Codex) and ability to integrate them into engineering
• Strong product mindset with pragmatic decision-making based on user data and feedback.
