📋 Description

• Lead and coach a software engineering team focused on the Metadata area
• Own delivery against quarterly plan and ensure reliability and latency targets
• Review designs and code; guide architecture in a distributed, cloud-based system
• Address incidents, tech debt, and post-mortems within SLA targets
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to prioritize features and backlog
• Communicate engineering vision and ensure SDLC artifacts are well supported

• Experience growing and managing software teams (hiring, coaching, career development)
• Strong technical foundation; ability to review designs and code
• Track record delivering complex projects on schedule with high quality
• Production services ownership; incident response and on-call practices
• Plan with product partners and maintain a prioritized backlog
• Fluent with AI tooling to accelerate development and SDLC work
