📋 Description

• Lead and grow a software engineering team focused on the Metadata layer of the dbt platform
• Own project delivery for your team against quarterly plans, ensuring reliability and performance of
• Review designs and code, removing roadblocks and coaching engineers for career development.
• Partner with product and stakeholders to plan features and maintain a prioritized backlog with high
• Communicate engineering vision across teams and ensure engineering processes are followed.
• Encourage use of AI tooling to accelerate development and artifact creation.
