Hybrid role; on-site in San Jose, CA three days/week.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in electrical systems design/integration/testing in harsh environments.
2+ years of technical/people leadership.
Strong ability to read and debug electrical designs.
Experience with avionics, power distribution, harnessing, and system integration.
Electrical harness design, documentation, and integration.
Proficiency with schematic capture/PCB tools (Altium, Cadence/OrCAD) and lab equipment.
