Own Nova Product team for subscriptions, data rooms, distributions, capital calls, and LP portal.
Grow team from ~4 to 5-7 engineers and shape Product group structure.
Collaborate with Product, Design, stakeholders, and Foundations teams.
Set technical direction with senior/staff engineers.
Maintain high quality under compliance and real-money contexts.
Stay hands-on when helpful to unblock the team.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years engineering management experience (hiring, developing, coaching).
Track record shipping complex, user-focused products.
Experience in fintech/payments/identity/KYC a plus.
Experience with a modern TypeScript stack or ability to learn quickly.
Good startup judgment; comfortable with ambiguity.
