🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering experience; 2+ years in an engineering management role leading 8+ engineers
• Backend systems in high-traffic production environments (e-commerce, order management, checkout)
• Strong cross-functional dependency management with prioritization and stakeholder comms
• Roadmap-driven, balancing platform modernization with continuous product delivery
• Hiring, retention, and development of engineering talent
