Lead the Environment Tooling team within Platform Engineering
Manage six platform engineers; balance stability with strategic initiatives
Oversee GitOps deployment pipeline and developer tooling
Own non-production environments and path-to-production orchestration
Collaborate with security, product, and engineering leaders on roadmaps
Report progress and risks to senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

Engineering leadership experience managing platform/DevOps teams
Deep knowledge of GitOps (Argo CD), IaC, and container orchestration
StrongDevEx focus; build self-service tooling for developers
Pragmatic, iterative mindset; deliver value early and often
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Technical skills: Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Docker, Terraform, Helm; Go and Java
