Engineering Manager - Platform (FinHub - Financial Intelligence)

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across multiple levels within FinHub Platform.
• Drive re-architecture of core account and history systems at scale.
• Own Finhub Tools roadmap: internal UIs, dashboards, and agentic workflows.
• Shape architectural decisions across distributed systems and pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and engineering leadership on quarterly roadmaps.
• Recruit and guide engineers; manage engineering quality processes including on-call practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering; 2+ years engineering management experience.
• Proven track record delivering distributed systems at scale; hands-on code review, incident
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into executable milestones with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with financial systems, event-driven architectures, or high-precision transaction
• Comfort leading backend services, streaming pipelines, and full-stack tooling with a focus on
• Responsible use of generative AI to improve workflows while maintaining human oversight.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $218,025 – $256,500 USD (Annual base salary, excluding equity/bonus).
