• Lead, coach, develop, and grow a compact product engineering team while maintaining a
• Establish clear priorities, maintain alignment, remove blockers, and ensure progress toward product
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into focused engineering initiatives.
• Balance delivery speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability when making tradeoffs.
• Enable engineers to own features from concept to launch.
• Establish and maintain standards for design, testing, docs, decisions, and processes.
