• Lead, coach, develop, and grow a compact product engineering team while maintaining a
• Establish clear priorities, maintain alignment across the team, remove delivery blockers, and
• Partner closely with Product and Design to translate customer needs and business priorities into
• Guide the team in balancing delivery speed, technical quality, reliability, and long-term
• Enable engineers to take ownership of features from initial concepts and technical planning through
• Establish and maintain practical standards for software design, testing, documentation, technical

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams, ideally within a
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, develop engineers, and create an environment
• Strong product mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, business priorities, and
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to maintain clarity across
• Strong judgment when balancing velocity, engineering quality, technical debt, and customer impact.
• Experience enabling engineers to own features and projects throughout the complete development
