• Enable engineers to own features from concept to launch.
• Establish and maintain standards for design, testing, and processes.

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams in a product-focused environment.
• History of building high-performing teams and developing engineers.
• Strong product mindset, understanding customer needs and business priorities.
• Excellent organization and communication across stakeholders.
• Good judgment balancing velocity, quality, debt, and impact.
• Experience enabling engineers to own features end-to-end.
