Engineering Manager - Product

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, develop, and grow a compact product engineering team
• Establish clear priorities and align across the team to remove blockers
• Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into engineering initiatives
• Balance delivery speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability in tradeoffs
• Enable engineers to own features from concept to launch
• Set and maintain standards for design, testing, documentation, and processes

• Proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams in a product-focused
• Ability to build high-performing teams and create an environment for engineers to do their best
• Strong product mindset to align customer needs with priorities and technical considerations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across stakeholders
• Good judgment balancing velocity, quality, debt, and customer impact
• Experience enabling engineers to own features end-to-end
