📋 Description

• Lead a small team of product engineers and data/ML engineers.
• Own Float Intelligence roadmap with Head of Product.
• Take AI products from zero to one, scaling to production.
• Make model/LLM choices, eval design, and scale infra.
• Build shared platform for extraction, evaluation, and data pipelines.
• Partner with product managers to land experiences and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering with senior/staff level.
• 2+ years managing engineers.
• Hands-on AI/LLM product delivery experience.
• History building 0→1 products or founding software business.
• Production AI/ML infra: eval, latency, inference cost.
• Ability to own roadmap and make technical decisions.
