Engineering Manager, Reconciliation

📋 Description

• Lead the Reconciliation team (full-stack with Kotlin Multiplatform front-end and Python/Java
• Coach engineers, drive operational excellence, and scale systems behind Upside’s core product.
• Partner with Product, Design, Data, Consumer Ops, and cross-functional teams on strategy and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience; mobile or distributed API domains a plus.
• Track record of scaling teams and evolving systems amid ambiguity.
• Experience with mobile/API infra (AWS a plus) and back-end data tools (Snowflake, Hex).
• Hands-on familiarity with serverless, REST, microservices, MVI, Clean Architecture; ability to
